Terms & Refund Policy
Effective July 16, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Torque Advisory Group website, our digital products (calculators, dashboards, analyzers, and templates), and the VINtage application. By purchasing or using them, you're agreeing to what's below.
Your license for digital products
- A purchase gives your dealership a license to use the product at one rooftop (one dealership location). Using it across multiple locations requires a purchase for each, or a consulting engagement with us.
- You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the product outside your dealership. Purchased downloads are stamped with the buyer's email for this reason.
- You own your data. Everything you enter into the tools stays on your own device (see our Privacy Policy).
Refunds on digital products
If a product isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no hoops — we'd rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something that didn't help. Write to info@torqueadvisorygroup.com from the email you purchased with.
VINtage subscriptions
- VINtage starts with a 14-day free trial that requires a card. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins billing automatically.
- You can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for; we don't refund partial billing periods.
- Your inventory data remains yours. If you cancel and want an export of your data, ask us.
What our tools are (and aren't)
Our tools, dashboards, and forecasts produce estimates and analysis based on the numbers you enter. They are decision-support tools, not guarantees. Forecasts assume the conditions stated in the tool (for example, that performance and staffing remain consistent). They are not financial, legal, or accounting advice, and business decisions you make based on them are your own. We work hard to make the math right, but we can't warrant any particular business outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits.
Ownership
The products, their design, and the Torque Advisory Group brand remain our property. Your license is a right to use, not ownership of the product itself.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Changes apply to purchases made after that date.
